Festivities

Below you will find a schedule of a few things going on when we take over Key West. We recognize that not everyone will be able to participate in everything, but here's where we'll be! We hope many of you will take this time to enjoy your own activities if you would like - and outings with your families and/or us!

Grab a slice of pizza, or our favorite drink: the orange crush. Sing-a-long and dance at Durty Harrys, or just come to people watch.

OCT 19

Daytime - Meet Poolside

Meet us at Pineapple Bar & Pool for mimosas and to plan breakfast/lunch as we go along
at Southernmost Beach Resort

-OR-

You are welcome to explore Key West breakfast and brunch locations. Some of our favorites include:

Blue Heaven (You WILL have a wait, and they do not accept reservations. It will be worth the wait, and they serve mimosas while you wait!)

Cuban Coffee Queen (Omg, the BEST breakfast/lunch cuban sandwiches. They have multiple locations near Duval street)

Seaside Cafe at the Mansion (The best mojitos in town, with yummy rock candy garnishes. They have infamous food trucks and mostly offer lunch items. Explore the mansion Nextdoor, it has a lot of really cool history. Ask about their special bathroom outside)

For those staying for the Zombie Bike Ride later this evening, please give yourself enough time to get ready by 5:30 pm.

ZOMBIE BIKE RIDE

James and Skylar have participated in this fun event for a couple years with family and friends. We hope that you will join us or meet us on Duval street afterwards!

Their website can explain a lot more of what to expect but the Rock & Roll costumed Halloween bike ride attracts over 7500 bicycle enthusiasts and the like.

It is not an endurance ride, it's more of a halloween themed parade. When we have done it in the past, we stayed as a group and took multiple breaks & pit stops.

We would not suggest bringing young kids into the actual ride event. Additionally, the evening is busy on Duval street is more busy than usual with so many people in town. The City actually closes the street down. There will be drunk people - lol, Please take this into consideration.

5:00 pm - Be ready to meet the surviving Zombies who stayed behind. We will need to ride to the starting location and give ourselves time for photos, and to get in line, etc... We will meet on Southernmost Beach Resort property.

6: 00 pm - The ride starts on A1A at the Fort East Martello Museum, located at 3501 S. Roosevelt Blvd.

For those not participating, but meeting on Duval street - the ride ends on Duval St., which will be closed to traffic.

The rest of the night ??
